Positive: The size is quite small. But we can manage for 2 of us. Location is great. Walking distance to Eiffel, and metro. The unit is clean, amenities are good. No air-conditioning, just standing fan. The towels are soft. Appreciate about this. Washing machine has no dryer, but there's clothes rack. Staff is responsive, check-in was smooth but you need to collect the key from a mini market nearby. There's supermarket nearby, bus stop in front of building. Few bakeries around. You can see the Eiffel tower from the building entrance. Negative: The bed is somewhat curved, i think It's too big for the bed frame. The unit can feel cramped when we use the clothes rack. The washing machine makes a loud shaky noise during operation, hitting the cabinets. Need to do something about it. There's no air conditioning, so if you're not used to it, this could be an issue.
