These terms govern your use of the PrimeStayParis website and booking services.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. By completing a booking you agree to the specific house rules of the property.

Security deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or prior to check-in. The amount varies by property and will be displayed during the booking process. The deposit is held as security against damage, excess cleaning, or breach of house rules. It will be returned in full within 7 days of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed clearly during the booking process. Please review these before confirming your reservation.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in and check-out times are specified per property. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest. Properties are for residential use only — parties and events are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

Liability

PrimeStayParis acts as property manager on behalf of property owners. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
