Eiffel Tower View 1BR Newly Renovated Bright

Great location and views, but the standard of the apartment's renovation was disappointing Positive: The location was fantastic, in a great neighbourhood, and the view was even better than the photos — absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed our stay overall, but unfortunately, the standard of the apartment did not live up to expectations. Negative: The apartment is stated as being newly renovated, which it is, but it is very poorly executed and cheaply done. The kitchen tap is on a complete angle, the skirting boards are falling off the wall, the washing machine is so tight in the bathroom cupboard that you cannot open the detergent drawer, the bathroom cupboard doors don't have handles so they are very difficult to open, the herringbone tiles on the shower floor are unevenly laid so water is not draining properly and the grout is now black in places, the kitchen cupboards have not been installed correctly, the bathroom door does not close etc. For the price that you pay for this apartment I expect a better standard or at the very least for the renovation to have been done to some sort of basic code or by someone qualified. The photos make the apartment look beautiful, and the location and view certainly lived up to expectations, but unfortunately, they do not reflect the actual condition and quality of the apartment.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Paris, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, lively bars, charming cafés, and excellent public transportation, making it easy to explore the entire city. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!
